New and very successful performance by the established dentist Francesco Finterno, known for years in Avellino and Campania as Doctor Chef, thanks to his innate passion for the world of cooking. His first book “Cucina semper al dente – Primavera” is a rich and interesting container of captivating recipes, which does not follow rules at all, because starting in the kitchen is like in life, an authentic person with no secrets who loves to pass on his own ideas to others. ideas and skills, strongly inspired by the love of culinary art. The perfect location for the presentation of the book was the Le Campie restaurant in Torrette di Mercogliano, a renowned venue with unique elegance and taste for over ten years, lovingly managed by Costantino Cucciniello and Silvia De Angelis, the latter being resident chef.

After a detailed introduction by Martina Bruno of the Il Papavero di Manocalzati publishing house, who illustrated both the path taken together with the author to bring the work to life and the main graphic characteristics that make it very pleasant to read, she took the floor Francesco Fizio who thanked the guests and all those who have followed him for years in this splendid adventure; among those present in the room were Nadia Romano from the Il Cancelliere di Montemarano winery, Vincenzo Iovino from Stil Casa di Avellino, Federico Gambino from the Li Campi winery, and the owners of Santomiele, a company with an ancient family tradition located in Prignano Cilento. Fizio also underlined that his first book starts from spring and the seasonality of his products, precisely because in this period his culinary experience was born and took shape.

Then the tasting, embellished with a refined tubettone with red pepper and cherry tomato coulis, cow stracciatella, ravece oil and Neapolitan tarallo. Before the Doctor Chef dedications on each book, a slice of cake for everyone, as good as it is amazing to look at. The evening was enriched by the beautiful images created by the photographer-artist Aldo Marrone.
