On Saturday 25th (May), at Brancaleone, there will be the presentation of the book “La Linea del Silenzio – Storia di Famiglia e di Lotta Armata – (ed.Solferino), the new one by Gianluca Peciola. Writer, in the past Sel group leader at the city council of Rome and today very active in the social sphere, tells the monograph of his family connected to one of the major events that influenced the subsequent history of our country: the imprisonment and killing of Aldo Moro. The appointment is at 7.30 pm , in via Levanna, 11.

The meeting with Peciola is part of the series of initiatives of the “Tutti in Biblio” event promoted by Municipality III as part of the “Spring of Reading” expression of interest, with the aim of supporting the social networks of the Montesacro area and independent bookstores. «I am happy to present my book in Municipality III which represents one of the most advanced places of cultural experimentation in Rome in which the institutions of knowledge have become places of public and community crossover. A democratic achievement when the threshold of access to culture is lowered”, said Peciola. Together with the writer, Maria Edgarda Marcucci will be present: « Eddi is a point of reference for civic and political commitment: a person – underlines the author of the book – always committed to the issues of human and civil rights. For me, an interesting and important dialogue.”
