Today at 5pm, al Palace of Culture in via Duomo the presentation of the book will be held “Light points” Of Raffaella Lanzetta. The mayor will speak together with the author Antonio Trombetta. The event will be accompanied by the notes of violin Of Antonio Esposito. The initiative is part of the program of cultural events promoted by the municipal administration as part of the national campaign for readinglaunched for the first time in 2011 by the Center for Books and Reading, which has now become a regular event and has reached its fourteenth edition this year.

In this work the author tells the story of the ailments of the soulwithout distinction of skin, religion, illness or health, wealth or poverty. They are points of light, his, in the resignation of going or rather running inexorably. Simply poems to feel close to those who read, finding themselves in familiar words, like at Sunday lunch, among smiles, greetings saying “see you soon”, for a when that never arrives.

Raffaella Lanzetta she was born in the province of Brescia, raised in the Caserta area, now lives in Rome. She graduated in Classics at the Federico II University of Naples. Since 2001 you have worked in Rai, first for programs such as Porta a Porta, La Vita in Diretta, Tg1, currently for the Digital Department. In 2018 she published her first collection “Make me become poetry” published by Chillemi and preface by Vincenzo Mollica. With her poems she has participated in several reading at the Boscolo Hotel Esedra with the poet Corrado Calabrò, Terrace on the Mediterranean at the Museum of Latina, Words in the wind on the Lungotevere dell’Estate Romana sponsored by the Municipality of Rome, Poets without borders with the lawyer Angelo Sagnelli, for the Spoleto Art Festival dei due Mondi, Tea Poetry at the Teatro degli Eroi in Rome. Sponsored by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, he received the certificate of honor at the Teatro dei Dioscuri at the Quirinale, with Insieme per l’arte in Giulianova from the Rotary Club of the Abruzzo, Marche, Umbria and Molise district, 2018 culture award.
