The association ParOLiNcOnTrO OdV organizes a shared reading of the book “La casa del Mago” by Emanuele Trevi.

The meeting will be held Tuesday 23 April at 5pm at the Nelson Mandela Library in via La Spezia, 21 in Rome.

Here is a biographical profile of the author:

Emanuele Trevi (Rome 1964). Son of the Jungian psychoanalyst Mario Trevi and the neurologist and psychotherapist Eleonora Trevi D’Agostino, he is a writer and translator of Italian and French classics. He made his debut with Instructions for the use of the Wolf (Castelvecchi 1994). Editor of Nuovi Argomenti, he was part of the jury of the Calvino prize in 2001, of the Alice prize 2002 and has won numerous prizes himself. He was editor for Fazi and collaborated with the Quiritta publishing house. In 2012 he published the book Something Written with Ponte alle Grazie (in the top five of the Strega Prize). His other books: Musica distanto (Mondadori 1997), Figuracce (Einaudi 2014), Il Popolo di Legno (Einaudi 2015), Sogni e favole (Ponte alle Grazie 2019), Viaggi initiatori (UTET 2021) and Due vite (Neri Pozza 2021) winner of the Strega Prize in 2021.
