The former teacher of Dancing with the Stars has been in the cast of Amici di Maria De Filippi since 2021, as a dance teacher. However, the results achieved this year could cost him dearly: it is not certain that Raimondo Todaro will be able to return next autumn. Here’s who would be his possible replacement.

A decidedly difficult season that Raimondo Todaro experienced this year. Not only did Amici’s dance teacher have to deal with her colleague Alessandra Celentano often, but several of her dancers had injuries or were attacked several times by the other teachers. The result was disappointing to say the least: two episodes from the final of the Evening, Todaro and his teammate Anna Pettinelli were left without any students still competing.
A defeat for him who just last year had led the first Latin dancer in the history of the talent show, Mattia Zenzola, to victory. Nothing to do this time: singer Sarah Toscano, from the Cuccarini-Lo team, prevailed, while in second place went Marisol Castellanos, dancer of the Celentano-Zerbi team, who also received the Critics’ Award. Now, Todaro’s presence in the next season of Amici is no longer so certain, and there would already be a colleague ready to take his place.

There are already two possible replacements in the running to take over, with one favored for the important job. The first is Elena D’Amario, highly appreciated professional dancer and choreographer of the talent show for yearswhile the second is an old acquaintance of Todaro, given that he was in turn one of the masters of Dancing with the Stars.
Let’s talk about Samuel Peron, this year among the castaways of the unfortunate edition of The Island of the Famous, ranked second. The dancer has been experimenting with new professional paths for some time and, according to rumours, he would be more than willing to replace his colleague as teacher of the Canale 5 programme.
For now there is still no confirmation of this possible exclusion from those directly involved, while already one of the teachers has made it clear that he will be involved in the talent show for the next television season too. We are talking about Lorella Cuccarini, who, answering a question box from fans on social media, responded with a cryptic question to the request of her followers, who asked her if they would see her again in the classroom next autumn: “What do you think?” wrote the showgirl adding a smiley face.
