At the weekly magazine directed by Osvaldo Orlandini, Angelica surpasses herself: «Ric, will you marry me? Do you want to be my husband?”. I can already imagine you with your perplexed face, while you think: “Angelica has definitely gone crazy…”. Maybe yes, but thinking about our bond, which in almost six months in the House has been able to resist temptation, tiredness, distance and, indeed, is now even stronger, I think we are now ready for the big step” .
The former contestant on Alfonso Signorini’s reality show confesses that he no longer believed in love. Before Ric, of course. «I had been single for three years and believing in a story again was a real challenge. My romantic past was truly disastrous, and even in my family I was experiencing profound discomfort.”
And again to the Cairo Editore weekly: «It took me a long time to get out of that story, that “toxic” love, and this left a big mark on me. But things weren’t going well in the family either. In fact, right around the time we met, I was experiencing firsthand the failure of my parents’ marriage, a very harsh separation, and this led me not to believe in long-term relationships.”
But then: «At the beginning it was difficult for me to let go, but you were able to understand all my insecurities, my fears and you tried to make me understand that I could trust you, that you would always protect me from everyone, and you have transformed what are often just beautiful words into concrete facts, giving me the strength to look at the future with different eyes.”
And now their future could be a yes, hopefully for life.
