In the episodes of the last week of The promiseon air from May 20th to 24th on Canale 5, Jana crosses paths with Abel in the building, but doesn’t spare some biting words about their previous meeting.
During breakfast, Fernando and Margarita announce that the son of the Duke de Carvajal y Cifuentes wants to marry Martina and the latter will try in vain to show her disappointment.
Maria, tormented by her feelings, decides to break up with Salvador to find out, admitting through gritted teeth that she also has feelings for Lope.
Cruz, annoyed by the pompous attitude of Margarita, who boasts of soon entering the high nobility thanks to her daughter’s marriage, decides to ask Lorenzo for help to sabotage the wedding. Cruz is in fact determined to prevent the alleged wedding between Martina and the future Duke de Carvajal y Cifuentes. According to the Marchioness, something doesn’t add up, and she asks Lorenzo to investigate it.
