Puppies, a great success. Last day for stamps, here’s when to collect the stuffed animals

Bologna, 30 June 2024 – Very great success for the puppies, the six colourful, fun and green soft toys representing the animals of the forest and which the Pug has given away in recent weeks to all the readers who have carried out the collection of the stickers. Today the publication of the stamps ends themselves and, therefore, readers who have collected them just have to stop by and pick up their favorite pet. In July the collection of soft toys will begin from Wednesday 10th and will continue until Wednesday 31st and can be carried out, in Bologna, exclusively at the il Resto del Carlino headquarters in via Mattei 106 on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 6pm and at the Ghedini Group in via dell’Elettricista 7 only on Thursdays from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm. Collection days and times are mandatory.

The six stuffed animals that have conquered the hearts of readers are Ubaldo the bear, Riky the hedgehog, Ciccio the wild boar, Rossella the fox, Lillo the wolf and Dina the fallow deer, and they are excellent teachers in the field of recycling and the fight against waste. In fact, each of them, in their own way, teaches children how to be aware and respectful citizens of the environment. The initiative, which had Ghedini Auto as its sponsor, allowed the little ones to learn the art of sustainability and recycling thanks to these little colorful animals. As? The Puppies are made of one hundred percent recycled material and are designed, padded, sewn and packaged in Italy with raw materials from outside the EU.

Mrs. Maria Grano has chosen Rossella the fox

The label pin is also made of totally biodegradable polylactic acid (Pla); the tags, on the other hand, are made of recycled paper and printed with soy ink. Not only that: each 15-centimeter-sized Cucciolino is equivalent to a PET plastic bottle. Each plush toy, then, can provide specific teaching on recycling: Ubaldo the bear is an expert in organic waste collection, as is Ciccio the wild boar, Riky the hedgehog cares about the recovery and separate collection of paper, Rossella the fox teaches how to collect plastic and reuse it, Dina the deer gives advice on sorting the cans, while Lillo the wolf is the glass master.
