I’ll kill you and my ex, I’m not afraid of the police.” Frightened by the situation, the woman took her things, her children and ran to ask for help from the police at the station. “I can’t take it anymore,” she said in a faint voice. She ended up in the emergency room for a head injury that was judged to heal in seven days. Her husband, now at liberty, was arrested and taken to prison. The trial was adjourned, with sentencing in September.
