(Teleborsa) – The Board of Directors of BetterThisa company suspended from trading on Euronext Growth Milan and one of the main Italian operators in the multi-channel customer experience sector, has taken over theinability to pay interest and repay the principal of the BOND BetterThis 4.75% 2022-2026for a total amount of 3,034,375 euros by June 28, 2024. Discussions will be initiated with bondholders aimed at renegotiating the terms, a note states.
The board therefore took note of the emergence of financial tensions which require interventions of various kinds, both on the company’s assets and in the redefinition of financial relationships, for the management of which the president Felice Saladini has been given the mandate select a financial advisor and a legal advisor to identify the most suitable solutions to overcome the current company situation.
The company has resolved by consensus the contractual relationship with Francesco Tam, who performed the functions of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Investor Relations Officer (IRO). At the same time, the role of CFO was entrusted, ad interim, to Daniele Pedruzzi and the role of IRO to Nicola Mari.
The Board of Directors also resolved to convene the shareholders’ meeting for 16 July 2024 to resolve, among other things, the grouping of shares as well as to confer delegates to the board to increase the capital company, for a fee, for a maximum amount of 10 million euros (including the already communicated financing for a future capital increase carried out by the MQ shareholder).
