“I remember everything as if it were yesterday. When I arrived…”

Memories that remain indelible Lucas Castroman and his adventure to Lazio. Speaking to Sportitalia, the former Biancoceleste midfielder expressed all his love and bond towards the city of Rome and the people of Lazio, admitting that he always feels their love for him, constantly and daily:

What comes to mind about Lazio? Everything, as if it were yesterday. I also get shivers. It is the team that I have in my heart together with Velez. They are two very, very similar companies in every sense. Lto people, the company itself, how they look after you, they take care of you. I did great there, I did my best, giving everything on the pitch. Then I hold on to all the Lazio fans. The fans always make me feel their affection. Especially when I come back, but not only. By the way: on July 20th I will return to Rome, I will stay there for 10 days to greet some friends and I am sure that I will feel this affection again. That enters my heart, that warmth that people have towards me. They remind me of good times, an immortal mark in my heart. It’s like it’s my home. They welcomed me in my 20s, I was a child and I grew up a lot in 3-4 years. When I arrived I went on my first retreat when I was a kid and after a short time I felt like I was 60-70 years old (laughs, ed.). I learned a lot from that beautiful company. It is always present in my heart and in my head“.
