This evening, in the ‘Bishop Michele Natale’ council room of Casapulla, the first municipal council meeting of the new administration, directed by mayor Ferdinando Bosco, was held – we read in the press release. After the validation of the elected representatives, the mayor took the oath, who also announced the composition of his council. The executive will be made up of Francesco Sorbo, Maria Sorbo, Domenico Carrillo and Santina Santorelli. The mayor also distributed the delegations. Francesco Sorbo, appointed deputy mayor, will deal with Environment, Ecology, Heritage and Maintenance. Maria Sorbo – continues the press release – will be delegated to Social Policies and Relations with the C8 Consortium. Carrillo was responsible for Road Traffic, Local Police, Security, Sports and Budget. Santina Santorelli will be involved in Public Education, Civil Protection, Red Cross, Wellbeing and Family. Francesco Sepulveres was elected president of the city council; his deputy will be Maria Cristina di Gennaro, representative of the minority.
The members of various council commissions were also elected – the press release continues. The electoral commission, in addition to the mayor Ferdinando Bosco, will be made up of Gianluca Sarogni and Dina Melchiorre for the majority and Anna Di Nardo for the opposition. The alternate members will be Maria Sorbo and Marialaura Buro for the majority and Francesco Trepiccione for the opposition. The commission for the revision of the registers of Popular Judges will be made up of Domenico Carrillo for the majority and Maria Cristina di Gennaro for the minority. In the council commission for the revision of the Statute – we read again – and the municipal Regulations there will be Francesco Sorbo and Maria Sorbo for the majority, Anna Di Nardo and Francesco Trepiccione for the opposition. Francesco Sepulveres also makes up the body as president of the municipal council. The council commission for Social Affairs is made up of Marialaura Buro and Santina Santorelli for the majority, Mariacristina di Gennaro and Michele Sarogni for the opposition”.
