The dynamics linked tomurder of Mario Carotenutothe 34-year-old boy from Angri mortally wounded with a shot pistolon the night between 15 and 16 June, is still being examined by the prosecutor’s office of Nocera Inferiore. Yesterday afternoon, the investigators heard brief information from a businessman, who had already witnessed much of what happened that night.
It cannot be ruled out that he was summoned to further clarify the facts and circumstances, with respect to what was acquired in the hours following the events, at the territorial Carabinieri department of Nocera. It should be remembered that in prison PM, 40 years old, is found entrepreneur and pub managertogether with MN, a 30-year-old Romanian, his collaborator. They are both accused of premeditated murder. From the investigations conducted by the deputy prosecutor Michele Migliardi, the young 34 year old would have died from a gunshot fired by the PM, at the end of what is considered a manhunt, after what happened in Middle Way in Angri.
The victim, in fact, had become the protagonist of two attacks, a few hours later, first against the manager of a pub, then against the two suspects, for no apparent reason. Through the Images coming from the videos of some cameras, then, the prosecutor had identified the two men – PM armed with a gun and MN of a stick – move around Angri, during the night, in search of Mario Carotenuto. Meanwhile, the defense of the two is working on an appeal before the Review Court.
During the interrogation with the investigating judge, however, only the 30-year-old intended to answer the questions, providing his version of the facts. According to investigationsCarotenuto had attacked managers and customers, twice sowing the panic in the Angrese nightlifearmed with scissors and perhaps a cutter, had also broken one stained glass window. Apparently it wasn’t the first time. Then, in the middle of the night, the two investigated they would look for him for punish himuntil the crime.
