Elisabetta Ricci is the new mayor of the city of Rapallo. With 52.61% of votes obtained (5,310 in total), candidate Ricci beat her opponent Armando Ezio Capurro in the run-off, who stopped at 47.39% (4,784 votes).

Elisabetta Ricci was supported by Noi per Ricci mayor, Con Bagnasco-Forza Italia and Fratelli d’Italia. For candidate Capurro, the similarity with the Democratic Party candidate Francesco Angiolani was not enough, as well as the support of the civic lists Progetto Rapallo 2024, Circolo Via Della Libertà 61 and Noi Con Capurro – Il Gabbiano.

The turnout was low, only 36.04% of those entitled to vote: in the first round it was 50.74%.
