Rimini, 24 June 2024 – The day of truth is approaching Louis Dassilva. Tomorrow at 10am the 34-year-old Senegalese metalworker, the only person under investigation for the murder of Pierina Paganelliis expected in the Prosecutor’s Office, a Riminifor an interrogation in the presence of the public prosecutor Daniele Paci and the investigators of the flying squad, led by the chief commissioner Marco Masia.

It will be an armored court, with additional police and army personnel guarding the entrances, that will welcome the arrival of Dassilvaaccompanied by the lawyer Riario Fabbri and (in all likelihood) by the consultant Roberta Bruzzoneand who will have to face the onslaught of reporters and television stations, expected from the early hours of the morning outside the courthouse.
The 34-year-old may not stay on the third floor of the courthouse for long, however. His conversation with the investigators could in fact prove extremely short given that, according to some rumors that have emerged in recent days, cannot be ruled outand indeed it is very probable, that the suspect could make use of the right not to respond.
