Today, Thursday 20 June, is the day of the second test of the 2024 Maturity exam for students from the province of Latina. After having faced the first written test yesterday, the graduates are now dealing with the tracks chosen by the Ministry of Education and Merit, led by Giuseppe Valditara.
Classical High School
The students of the Classical High School tackled a version of Greek taken from the work “Minos or the Law” by Plato, an author who had not appeared in the exam tracks since 2010.
Scientific high school
The high school graduates faced two mathematics problems and eight questions. These tests are designed to assess their skills in calculus, algebra, and geometry.
High School of Human Sciences
The students of the High School of Human Sciences, Economic-Social option, carried out a topic on law and political economy. The track concerns active interaction in the educational environment, with references to the pedagogy of Maria Montessori and John Dewey.
Technical Institute for Construction, Environment and Territory
For the students of the Technical Institute for Construction, Environment and Territory, the test consisted of a topography track.
Linguistic High School
The students of the Linguistic High School took part in courses in English and French, aimed at evaluating their skills in foreign languages.
Technical Institute of Administration, Finance and Marketing
The students of this institute had to solve a track of business economics, with a particular focus on business economics and geopolitics in the articulation of international relations for marketing.
Technical Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications (ITIA)
The test for students at this institute focused on systems and networks, testing their knowledge in IT and telecommunications.
Graphic Technical Institute
Finally, the students of the Graphic Technical Institute completed a multimedia design track, demonstrating their skills in graphics and multimedia design.
While the graduates from the province of Latina continue with their tests, they also prepare for the oral interview, the last phase of this important path.
