Retracing the places of the crime step by step, moreover, was a bit of the leitmotif of the entire long inspection by Manuela’s consultants, who were then joined in the ‘horror’ basements by the client herself “to retrace the moments with her of the discovery of his daughter-in-law’s body”.

This is why it is important for us to give an interpretation to those possible traces, to also contextualise them temporally.” , concluded General Garofano, who in light of future outcomes did not rule out “new inspections”.
Contextualization for “timing and methods of depositing traces based on their nature and their disposition on the finds” is also the key principle on which the request for evidentiary hearing by Dassilva’s defense is based, who in filing the request with the investigating judge has also asked to “identify the genetic profile of all the subjects who had contact with the objects found”.
