The Valle del Savio Union and the Terre d’Argine Union have published a notice to update the list of those suitable for permanent and fixed-term employment as technical design experts / policy implementation experts / technical management instructors at the Unions themselves and all the participating municipalities (Cesena, Mercato Saraceno, Sarsina, Bagno di Romagna, Verghereto and Montiano, Carpi, Campogalliano, Novi di Modena and Soliera). The intent of this procedure is to immediately hire, on a fixed-term basis and for 24 months, at least 40 technical officials to be assigned to activities related to the post-flood emergency reconstruction in favor of the Municipalities of the Valle Savio Union and for the Unions del Rubicone Mare and Forlivese, as well as the Municipality of Forlì and the Province. Furthermore, the same list will also be used for permanent hiring.
The list of suitable candidates will therefore be used by the promoting bodies and participating bodies, as well as by the bodies adhering to the Territorial Coordination for the selective procedures of the Province of Forlì-Cesena, for permanent and fixed-term hiring according to the methods described in the art. 12 of the public notice attached below. Interested parties in possession of the requirements indicated in the notice must submit their application no later than 1pm on Friday 5 July 2024 (extended deadline) exclusively through the Recruitment Portal.
Listed below are the main organizational areas in which the sought-after figures can be assigned: design, construction and maintenance of public buildings and infrastructures; urban and regional planning; management of procedures relating to the governance of the territory (construction and control of the territory); waste disposal management; design, management and maintenance of green areas; definition and design of standards and procedures to guarantee the functionality and safety of the structures; design of solutions to prevent, control or remedy the negative impacts of human activity on the environment; environmental impact assessments of civil engineering projects and works or other activities; prevention and rehabilitation of phenomena of hydrogeological instability and slope instability, arrangement and management of river basins.
The candidates included in the list of suitable candidates, which will be approved following the outcome of this selection, may be hired on a permanent or fixed-term basis by participating in the specific call notices which will be promoted by the bodies adhering to this procedure. In the individual request notices, the institutions will promptly describe the activities, characteristics and skills required for the specific role sought, as well as the planned selective test. The figures selected following the interview procedures will be hired on a permanent and/or fixed-term basis and assigned to the various technical areas of the institutions (construction of public works, territorial governance – urban planning and private construction, environmental protection), according to the provisions of the notice of ruling, guaranteeing its monitoring in coherence with the defined objectives and shared strategic orientations.
