LIVORNO – Two unmissable evenings enriched by the presence of Bobo Rondelli and Paolo Migone: the traditional one returns on 22 and 23 June celebration dedicated to the Fire of San Giovanni in Piazza delle Carrozze in Montenero.
Organized by the Misericordia di Montenero and the ViviMontenero Association, the free-entry initiative aimed at all citizens includes singing and dancing, a market with local artisan activities, street food with wild boar, seafood sandwiches, craft beers, vegan dishes , lots of grilled meat.
On the 23rd, however, the fire of San Giovanni is scheduled to be lit in Piazza delle Carrozze, according to the ancient custom which aims to greet the arrival of the summer solstice (June 21).
The program
In detail, the party will start on Saturday 22nd at 8.30 pm with the concert by the very young Livornese Giacomo Bastiani among the participants of the latest edition of The Voice Kids. More music at 9.30pm with Bobo Rondelli who will premiere his new album “Crooked Stories” released on June 14th.
June 23rd from 3pm cycling gymkhana FCI youth category. At 8.30 pm Big Bands with music from the 70s, 80s and 90s and at 9.30pm the show Paolo Migone. To close, at 11pm, the fire of San Giovanni.
Parking is available in Montenero Alto, the funicular and the free shuttle will be in operation.
