Marta Cartabia is full professor of Constitutional Law at Bocconi University. She was appointed judge of the Constitutional Court in 2011. She was elected vice-president in 2014 and in December 2019 she became the first female president in the history of our country. You were minister of justice in the Draghi government. Since December 2023, he has been vice-president of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) of which he has been a member for Italy since 2017. He received an honorary doctorate in law from the Sant’ Anna di Pisa in 2020 and by the Complutense University of Madrid in 2022.
