(AGENPARL) – Mon 17 June 2024 PORTA (PD) IN CALTAGIRONE FOR THE USEF MEETING ON ROOTS TOURISM WITH THE MAYORS OF EASTERN SICILY: “FROM RADICI TRIPS AN ALTERNATIVE TO DEPOPULATION!”
(PRESS RELEASE – 17 June 2024) – Speaking in Caltagirone, his hometown, at the third meeting with Sicilian mayors organized by the USEF, the deputy elected in South America Fabio Porta gave a detailed report on the critical issues and potential of the tourism project of roots.

The Conference was opened by the greetings of the Mayor of Caltagirone, Fabio Roccuzzo, and the greetings of the USEF General Secretary, Salvatore Augello; the other report was given by Prof. Pino Apprendi while, after the broad and interesting debate in which several mayors participated, the conclusions were entrusted to the President of the USEF, Angelo Lauricella.
