TREVIGNANO (TREVISO) – Car-motorcycle accident on the Feltrina: three injured and traffic chaos. The crash occurred this afternoon (June 16) shortly after 3.30 pm, in Signoressa di Trevignano, at the intersection near the Mobil Discount store. A couple traveling on a motorbike was hit by the car with two young people on board.
As always, it was the motorcyclists who got the worst of it. Husband and wife they were thrown from the saddle and fell to the ground. The driver of the car was also injured, more lightly. Rescue was immediate: the man who was driving the motorbike was transported by ambulance to Ca’ Foncello hospital in Treviso, with moderately serious injuries. His wife, a passenger, and the young driver were instead taken to the emergency room in Montebelluna: fortunately, they too did not suffer serious trauma. While the passenger of the car refused the ambulance.
The Montebelluna firefighters also intervened on site to secure the vehicles and the carabinieri to carry out legal investigations. The investigations will establish the exact dynamics and causes of the accident. The repercussions on traffic are inevitable.
