Rome – We receive and publish – The regional Agency for the Development and Innovation of Agriculture of Lazio (Arsial), on the recommendation of the Councilor for Agriculture and Budget of the Lazio Region, Giancarlo Righini, has published the announcement that allocates two million euros intended for the financing of agri-food promotion projects and in particular which concern agricultural products and the food and wine heritage of Lazio.
Specifically, two separate notices of one million euros each were published.
The first is intended for the financing of projects presented by the Municipalities of Rome Capital and by the Municipalities and Pro Loco of Lazio.
The second is intended for private entities based in Lazio, which do not pursue profit-making purposes.
The Municipalities of the Municipality of Rome can submit an application for relief for a maximum amount of 20,000 euros. For the Municipalities of Lazio, however, the benefit is granted based on the demographic class of the beneficiary:
maximum 10,000 euros for municipalities with a population of up to 14,999 inhabitants;
maximum 20,000 euros for municipalities with over 15,000 inhabitants.
For applications presented by Pro Loco, reference is made to the demographic class of the municipality to which they belong, while for private entities the benefits cannot exceed the maximum amount of 15,000 euros.
The deadline for submitting applications is July 1, 2024, while the initiatives must be carried out in the period between June 15 and September 30, 2024.
“The valorisation of the typical products of our Region – explains councilor Righini – also passes through these initiatives which have the ability to involve many citizens who have the opportunity to know and taste the excellence of Lazio. Promotion, training and innovation are the three pillars in which as the Lazio Region we intend to invest to make our agri-food system increasingly competitive and in step with the times”, concluded Righini.
