FREE TOURIST OFFER PLANNING COURSE

The Friuli Venezia Giulia Region has therefore announced atraining and work opportunities thanks to the free course “Techniques for planning and implementing the tourist offer”.

The objective of the course is to provide participants with the skills to define tourist offers aimed at various targets, including those looking for tourist-excursion products characterized by “discovery”, “experience”, “storytelling”.

TRAINING OFFER

The training offer will provide participants with all the skills necessary to proceed with planning of the tourist offer, its preparation and advertising, up to reception (communications/reception management) and to the accompaniment of the ultimate users of the tourist proposals to be created, with a view to valorising the territory also through ad hoc trained human resources.

RECIPIENTS

The free course in planning and implementation techniques for tourism offers is open to 10 participants, unemployed and registered in one of the Employment Centers of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, in possession of the following requirements:

• High school diploma, preferably in tourism;
• knowledge of the English language, written and spoken, not lower than A2;
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the use of standard IT equipment.

PROCEDURE, DURATION OF THE COURSE AND RECRUITMENT

The course will take place at the CEFAP headquarters in Codroipo, in the province of Udine.

They are expected in total 450 hours of training (305 theoretical classroom and laboratory sessions and 145 internships at one of the locations involved).

At the end of the course a certificate frequency from the FVG Region.
