12.20pm The race direction has announced that, following the accident involving Mia Rusthen, Race 1 of the Women’s World Championship has been postponed to the afternoon at a time to be defined.
These are moments of great anticipation in Misano regarding Mia Rusthen’s condition. The Norwegian driver was in fact the victim of a bad accident when there were seven laps remaining in the women’s Race 1.
According to what we saw from the images, the rider ended up on the ground at Misano 2, in the same place where Alessia Polita fell at the time. The emergency vehicles intervened immediately.
