A 12-year-old boy has won a five-kilometer race in the woods, beating an Ironman athlete and 200 other runners of all ages.
A child with a passion for running, who at 12 years old he is already able to beat seasoned adults. That’s what happened in a race of trail running in Canada, where Olivier Bélanger he beat 200 runners of all ages, including opponents with many years of experience.

Olivier Bélanger he discovered his passion for running only a year agoand since then he started participating in various competitions, also interacting with adults. In the 5km Trail La Clinique Du Coureur, organized in Lac-Beauport in Quebec, Canada, this little boy managed to reach the finish line in 24 minutes and 37 seconds. He beat all 200 athletes competing. “I always start fast enough to be among the first. Afterwards I manage to maintain the speed” said the young athlete.
