Rho: public notice for the appointment of an administrative member of NED Reti distribution gas Srl

The Municipality of Rho has published the public notice for the submission of candidatures for the appointment of a member of the Administrative Body of the investee company Ned Reti Distribuzione Gas Srl. The company is fully public-owned, of which the body holds an equal share to 53.05% of the share capital, having as its main object the operation, on behalf of third parties, of the public gas distribution service for all uses.

All citizens in possession of the requirements indicated in the Notice can submit their application by the deadline of 12.00 on 16 July 2024. The text of the Notice, a sample of the application and models for the declarations can be consulted and downloaded in editable format on the website of the Municipality of Rho www.comune.rho.mi.it – Competition Notices Section. The application and declarations, written on plain paper, can be sent to the certified email address pec.protocollo.comunerho@legalmail.it or directly, during office hours, at the Citizen’s Desk – QuiC – Via De Amicis n. 1 – Rho or they can be sent by post (in the latter case, applications received within the deadline are considered to have been submitted in good time).

The compensation due to the members of the Board of Directors will be defined pursuant to art. 4, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree 6 July 2012, n. 95 (converted, with amendments, by Law 7 August 2012, no. 135).
