He had already been reported for persecutory acts
A neighbor’s dog had been killed with a treat containing rat poison. Other neighbors had received death threats, but also verbal and physical attacks, culminating in the throwing of stones, firecrackers and pieces of iron into the courtyards. According to the police and the judge, the person responsible for all this is a 35-year-old man from Oristano, arrested on the orders of the Public Prosecutor’s Office. The accusation is that of persecutory acts.
The precautionary detention measure was issued by the judge for preliminary investigations of the Court. Previously the man had already been reported for the same crime and subjected to the precautionary measure of the obligation to report daily to a judicial police office.
The incidents reported by neighbors are numerous and refer to the last few months. The victims reported to the police, among other things, that they had been followed, and that the young man arrested had made dangerous maneuvers with his car.
According to the neighbors’ stories, it happened that during the night the man insistently rang the doorbells of their homes, shouting provocatively, and then fled before the arrival of the police.

After the arrest carried out in recent days by the agents of the Flying Squad of the Police Headquarters, the man is now in a cell in Massama, at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
