The fires in Tor Bella Monaca do not stop. After the 19 cars on fire in just 24 hours – 5 cars burned around 00.30 on 6 June in via Paolo Ferdinando Quagliaanother 14 the next night in via dell’Archeologia – here are the scooters set on fire in via Agostino Mitelli, in front of the municipal kindergarten “Il Grillo Parlante”.
To two motorcycles set on firei, whose carcasses, after many days, still remained on beautiful “display”, despite the passage of children and their families. The school director has informed the competent bodies, but the situation has not yet been resolved.

“The remains of the burnt scooters are now souvenirs,” some parents comment. “Unfortunately this area is now, despite the attempts of the police to do something, once again in the hands of local crime, between drug dealing and the “land of fires”. The gang war
What is feared is that behind the fires there may be some sort of struggle for dominance of the territory. Which is demonstrated not only with ambushes and attacks, but also with fires. Warnings of another kind, to make it clear who is in charge. And also to demonstrate that the underworld is never tamed here.
“In the meantime, a first positive sign would be to remove these carcasses”, ask the parents. A small step, for the good people who live in the area. “We know that it is difficult to fight against crime, but we want to believe in a different future for Tor Bella Monaca”.
