The anticyclone that was strengthening over the Mediterranean records a subsidence which favors the entry of a new disturbance which will bring, in the second part of today, Sunday 9 June 2024, strong thunderstorms across the Alps and the Po Valley, with some effects also about our region.

Much of the day is characterized by alternating sun and clouds, locally compact and which could give rise to showers, more likely in the west.
Towards the evening, formation of scattered showers, including thunderstorms, starting from the Ligurian Alps and subsequently possibly extending to the rest of the region.
Finally, between late evening and the following night, concentration of phenomena on the central-east, especially the internal one.
Winds between weak and moderate from the south-east to the central-east, from the north-east to the west. Over the course of the day you reinforce until tense or strong.
Rough sea, at times very rough at the extremes of the region.
Temperatures rising, the highest values will be recorded in La Spezia.
