SPOLETO (by Riccardo Elia and Giacomo Restani) – In the Final between Scientifico and ITIS there is no shortage of goals or emotions, thanks above all to an institute very eager to obtain third place.
In the 3rd minute, ITIS immediately takes the lead: Ciucarilli recovers a ball in midfield and advances forcefully to the midfield, where he serves Marku who makes no mistakes one-on-one with Boari. The scientist tries to get back forward, but ITIS takes control of the match, finding the second goal in the 17th minute with a nice volley from Bishja K. following a cross from Settimi C.
There wasn’t even time to catch a breath for the “Volta” as the third goal arrived, two minutes from the doubling, a photocopy of ITIS action put together by Ciucarilli, led to Settimi C.’s cross and Bishja K’s brace.
The scientist feels a reaction of pride: in the 26th minute Palazzi kicks yet another free kick into the middle, in the melee, the red and whites demand a touch of the hand, but for the referee there is nothing.
At the end of the first half Boari kept the score at 3-0 with two interventions a few seconds apart: the first was a miracle following a strike from a few meters by Ura following a corner kick; the second is a victorious 1 vs 1 against Settimi C.
In the second half the pace drops, Scientifico tries immediately with Palazzi who takes up Paloni’s suggestion and volleys just wide; 5 minutes don’t pass and ITIS drops the poker, once again it’s a great Ciucarilli who puts in the winning ball which Bishja A promptly arrives on.
After the fourth goal the scientific orphan of his coach D’atanasio due to protests, also sees Bocchini’s flag goal annulled, caught offside.
At the end, ITIS even tries to get the ball, but the goalkeeper, and now also captain, of the “Volta” Boari, opposes in a prodigious manner twice more.
It is therefore ITIS that places itself on the lowest step of the podium in the 2024 edition.
