Luis Sal beats Fedez Well yes takes all the shares of the Wild Moss podcast. The end, the long match ended judicial between the two former partners and former friends. In the past few hours the Court of Milan definitively rejected the complaint brought by the rapper’s company, Doom, against Sal’s company, assisted by the lawyer Ferrarini. So Chiara Ferragni’s ex-husband’s last-ditch attempt to get his hands back on Muschio Selvaggio failed. Now the podcast will be managed solely by the YouTuber who had already cornered the singer who had found himself swallowing a bitter pill a few months ago, namely the seizure order which had ordered the freezing of Doom’s shares and the appointment of a judicial guardian.
The judges of the Court have implemented a unique provision of its kind, among the first applied on Italian soil. That is, they issued a ruling on the functioning of the statutory clause known as “Russian roulette”. In short, they established that Luis Sal’s company has the right to take over the shares of Fedez’s company. The latter’s mother, Mrs. Tatiana, was thus forced to resign as director of the “Muschio Selvaggio” company, in favor of Zubaer Adbhuiya Hossain and Lussorio Piras, both CEOs of the YouTuber’s company.

Fedez, in a handful of months, saw his life completely turned upside down. Marriage with Chiara Ferragni was shattered under the pickaxes of the so-called Balocco-gate, his beloved Wild Moss passed into the hands of Luis Sal definitively and, last but not least, we now have to understand how the intricate and delicate affair relating to the beating of the Roman personal trainer Cristiano Iovino. The story of the separation from his ex-wife also fits into this vortex. In the last few hours Fabrizio Corona claimed that the Cremonese influencer would be ready to ask the rapper for 40 thousand euros per month in alimony.
In all this, Fedez’s rather controversial way of communicating stands out: in the Iovino case he said he was not present at the beating, then he was proven wrong by the camera images. As far as Muskio Selvaggio was concerned, when rumors began to leak out about Sal’s possible judicial ‘shoulder’, he had branded it all as non-credible news. Moral of the story? Iovino paid him not to get sued, Sal took Wild Moss away from him. Sometimes it would be better to remain silent.
