Today we give you the news of the victory of a prestigious school competition by Anna Cecere. Anna attends the “San Leucio” art high school, led by the director for several years Imma Nespoli, principal who made this institute take off thanks to his great professionalism and dedication to the school. Among the countless activities offered to students, aimed at making the most of their aptitudes, there was this competition aimed at middle school students entitled “Young Leucian artists”
Among the works proposed, the winning one was that of Anna Cecere, who proposed her own version of Van Gogh’s Starry Night. “The student, starting from the ancient roots of the past, which acts as a context, proposes a reading of the future entrusted to two young protagonists placed in the foreground” This is an excerpt of the jury’s motivation, which you can listen to in full in the reading by director Nespoli in the following video.
