Activity of I buy gold without authorization, two complaints were filed in the Agro Nocerino Sarnese area. The operation was conducted, a Pagans and Angri, by the military of the Economic and Financial Police Unit. The two people reported are respectively owners of two separate commercial activities, now accused of abusive exercise of the gold buying activity. In fact, the two did not have the required documentation required by law. The Financial Police also seized valuables with a total value of over 50,000 euros.
The investigations originated from a targeted activity aimed at preventing and repressing the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering, making it possible to ascertain the operation of two gold buying shops, in the absence of the required registration in the register held by the Organism. for the management of Lists of Agents in financial activity and credit brokers (Oam).
These anomalies were also confirmed by the outcome of an inspection carried out at the commercial premises, where the conduct by the suspects in violation of sector regulations was ascertained. The operation is fully part of the prevention and enforcement action carried out by the Corps to protect the integrity of the capital market.
