Games day, an event dedicated to the children of Quarto

The Events Department of the Municipality of Quarto, led by Councilor Annarita Ottaviano, in collaboration with the Events Commission chaired by City Councilor Crescenzo Carputo, is pleased to announce “Il Giorno del Gioco”, a special event dedicated to all the children of territory. The event will be held on Friday 7 June in Piazzale Europa, starting from 5pm.

The event sees the active involvement of numerous local associations, including La Forza delle Idee, Noi ci Siamo, Autism Nel Cuore, Disabili in Action, Arte Nei Campi Flegrei, Aisha Foundation, CoraCor, Fidippide Academy, La Tua Voce, Oasi Felina , Donna Domani and Popular Initiative. A significant contribution will also be offered by the Civil Protection, present with an information gazebo dedicated to the “IO Non Rischio” campaign.

The evening will be animated by Casper, the superheroes in the ward, led by Daniele Maffettone. Maffettone’s soap bubble show and the numerous fun activities organized by his collaborators, such as the treasure hunt, sack race and tug of war, will guarantee moments of great fun for all the children present.

Furthermore, courts will be set up for various sporting activities such as badminton, for this sport the Provincial Delegate of Naples Paolo Viola will be present, volleyball and mini-basketball, as well as workshops dedicated to ancient games. The main objective of the event is to help children rediscover the beauty of outdoor play, stimulating their creativity and socialization in a context of sharing and joy.
