These are some of the data contained in the 2023 Sustainability Report of Cogne Acciai Speciali, a document which aims to provide a clear understanding of the company’s activities, its results and their impact.
In 2023, the female gender represented 7% of the company population (made up of 1,173 employees), while male staff monopolized production and maintenance positions.
