“Arezzo is the ideal landing place to continue cultivating the professional dream of climbing the football categories. We want to grow together. It was enough for me to speak with the club the first time to understand it. It is not only a city with a great football tradition, but a rich of history and culture. Just think of Petrarca, Michelangelo, Guido Monaco and Piero della Francesca”. This is how Emanuele Troise presents himself to the amaranth world. He is prepared not only on field issues. He expresses clear concepts, making his desire to win the challenge on the back of the prancing horse clear, recalling the Giostra del Saracino. In his career he has been able to be resilient by learning from the ranks and climbing a step each time. “We chose ourselves together with the president and the director. It’s a privilege to be here. The goal is to raise the bar.”
At his side Guglielmo Manzo welcomes him. “The new coach fits perfectly with my and Cutolo’s vision. We believe he is the right man to take a further step to reach the category that we and the whole city want to find again. We haven’t given ourselves a time frame, but the objective remains that”.

Dynamism, game organisation, flexibility are the key words of the football creed of the new Amaranth coach. “I don’t have a single formation, but I will certainly start from the base created in these two years and therefore from the 4-3-3 and the 4-2-3-1. The offensive proposal will try to exploit the qualities of our attackers.” Above all Guccione and Pattarello who has already coached, respectively, in Mantua and in the Bologna Primavera. “They will both be two strong points. Emiliano was a promise as a boy, he was a bit lost, now he is recovering everything. I consider him more of an attacker: he knows how to break the opposition’s defence. Mia expects him to score a few more goals due to his potential Filippo can range across the entire attacking front. He has the footing and vision of the game to make the difference.”
