There are hours of apprehension in Pacentro due to the departure of Luca, the guest of the Nazareth family home who has been gone since 6pm yesterday, losing track of him. Luca, 28 years old of Tuscan origins, is not the first time he has moved away from the Pacentro family home: just under two years ago a similar episode was resolved after twenty-four hours, when the boy was found in the countryside near the family home thanks also to dog units. Even in 2020 Luca had moved away from the structure, but was found, in that case, within a few hours.
This time, searches began at 6pm yesterday with the police, firefighters, mountain and speleological rescue and volunteers searching the area. The canine units which were decisive two years ago arrived on site late in the evening, as well as the help of a drone, with which it is hoped to have a wider-ranging view. The managers of the family home raised the alarm yesterday. The hope is to be able to find him quickly and safe.
Update He was found by the police at 8.30 this morning 700 meters from the structure in the Maia Scavi area of Pacentro. Luckily in good condition, Luca was seen by the military while wandering in the countryside of the area after spending the whole night outdoors.
