Speaking at the microphones of Radio you arethe former Lazio player and current coach of Frosinone Primavera Angelo Gregucci he expressed his opinion on the moment in the Biancoceleste home, analyzing the situation linked to Tudor’s technical project. These are his words.
“Football is the strongest element of passion. I would like the coach and the club to talk to each other. The important thing is that we all move forward together in the same direction, we must have a common vision to pursue. If a synthesis is not found, it is better to change. Tudor’s desire to take on all responsibilities and want to have full control of the technical area contrasts with Lazio’s modus operandi in recent years. The problems must all be solved immediately. Atalanta has a very clear vision: from the President to all the various components of the club. Clear, simple ideas, work on young people and a very strong sense of belonging. Furthermore, it is a healthy company, with a positive balance sheet. The culture of victory is missing in Italy. You have to ask yourself how we managed to win, it’s not just the result that matters. There needs to be clarity, if Lazio could not guarantee the right players to the Croatian coach, it would be better to split up immediately. In the event of a separation, the Biancoceleste club is better off looking for a coach who wants to embrace the technical project with conviction. I would invest in the youth sectorfocusing on the quality of young people, is a job that will have to be done.”
