Jordan Scott is about to return to the big screen with a new feature film, a psychological thriller entitled At Sacrifice, based on the book Tokyo, written by Nicholas Hogg. Scott is the daughter of one of the most famous directors in the history of cinema, Ridley Scott, and this is her second feature film as a solo director.

A Sacrifice tells the story of a psychologist named Ben Monroe (Eric Bana) who investigates a cult linked to a particularly disturbing event just around the time his daughter finds herself involved in a relationship with a mysterious boy.
In addition to the protagonist of Ang Lee’s Hulk, the film also features Sadie Sink, busy filming Stranger Things 5, and Sylvia Hoeks.

Written and directed by Jordan Scott and produced by his father Ridley Scott, A Sacrifice was revealed to viewers with a trailer published online; the video outlines them perfectly ongoing dynamics between father and daughter, one committed to investigating what is happening in the area with a disturbing sect and the possible implications and the other to establishing a relationship with a young man. The two parallel plots could surprisingly intertwine.

Jordan Scott made his debut in 2004 with the short film Portrait and in 2005 he co-directed All the Invisible Children. His first work as a solo director dates back to 2009, entitled Cracks. In recent days Ridley Scott was heavily attacked by a colleague, Pedro Costa, who defined the director’s films as ‘fascist’.

On Spirited Away (Steelbook Blu-ray DVD) It is one of today’s best sellers.
