Olbia’s anti-flood plan for public consultation on 28 May.
Olbia’s anti-flood plan will be displayed in public. The EIA Service has arranged for public consultation to be carried out on “Olbia and its waters. Hydraulic risk mitigation works and recovery of the city’s relationship with its rivers”. The public inquiry will be held on May 28th at 4pm at the Archaeological Museum of Olbia.
Specifically, at 3.00 pm there will be registration of the public and the booking of people interested in presenting observations, questions or requests for clarification which must be absolutely relevant to the project, with the possibility of leaving writings for further details. The form for submitting observations must be submitted at the time of registration.
It can be found on the home page of the institutional website of the Municipality of Olbia www.comune.olbia.ot.it. At 4 pm the moderator will open the activities and the proponent/extensor will present the project. Immediately afterwards there will be the presentation of observations/questions/requests for clarification by the interested (registered) public.
The time available will be 150 minutes, maximum 10 minutes for a single intervention. Priority will be given to booked subjects. Further questions/requests for clarification can be made by booking with a show of hands. The answers will be answered by the proposer/extender with a maximum time available of 60 minutes. The proceedings will be closed by the moderator, who will have 15 minutes available. Further observations may be submitted to the VIA Service by PEC to the address [email protected], within 20 days from the date of the
public consultation. Mayor Settimo Nizzi recalls that “public consultation is a fundamental moment, for this reason maximum participation is hoped for”.
