“Shape me Lord every day”. QThis is the evening prayer to recite this Friday to meditate on our day.
Oh Holy Cross help me in my salvation, oh Holy Cross protect me from impious thoughts and worldly dangers, oh Holy Cross of Jesus be my hope. A few minutes are enough to offer God a thought to thank him for everything that has happened in our day as it comes to an end. We invoke the Father’s clemency so that this night he may protect us from all the attacks of the evil one in the Name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
With this simple prayer we ask the Father to descend upon us His Holy Spirit. Remove, O God, every disturbance from this night that opens before us in the Name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Lord Jesus, perfect in us Your gifts of faith and help our unbelief. You who never disappoint those you love, You our love and our hope, shape us every day so that we may become worthy of enjoying eternal life with You. Amen.

To end our day there are many other prayers that we can recite before going to bed. Let us recite them with faith to meditate on our lives, to ask the Father for help for our conversion. To peacefully face the night that God willing will bring us, refresh your soul and spirit for a new day.
I adore you, my God, and I love you with all my heart. I thank you for having created me, made me a Christian and preserved me on this day. Forgive me for the evil I committed today and, if I have done any good, accept it. Keep me in rest and deliver me from dangers. May your grace always be with me and with all my loved ones. Amen.
