Sirignano, the “Golden Hearts” delivered (VIDEO) – Napoli Village

AVELLINO – The Municipal Administration of Sirignano, a municipality in the Avellino province, has awarded honorary citizenship to the prefect of Perugia Armando Gradone. The official ceremony, with the delivery of the prestigious recognition by the mayor Antonio Colucci, took place in the council chamber, with the participation of the deputy prefect of the prefecture of Avellino, Maura Nicolina Perrotta and other local authorities. Prefect Gradone, originally from the Municipality of Sirignano, was also awarded the International “Heart of Gold” award promoted by the Academy of International Cultures and Sciences of which the Grand Prior Massimo Maria Civale is president. Honorary president of the Award is Cardinal SE José Saraiva Martins, Prefect emeritus of the Congregation for the Causes of Saints. The “Golden Heart” award was also given to the Consul of Bénin in Naples, Giuseppe Gambardella, to the journalist Angelo Covino, contact person for the Communication Network of the INPS Metropolitan Coordination Directorate of Naples, to the Mayor of the Municipality of Sirignano, Antonio Colucci, to the president of the Association. Don Tonino Bello of Avellino, Giuseppe D’Argenio and associations of the Carabinieri, police and civil protection of the town of Irpinia. An award for the commitment carried out in the Baiano area was also given to the Commander of the Carabinieri Station Luigi Passero and to the Commander of the Guardia di Finanza, Luciano Fasolino. The annual award aims to recognize those who are actively involved in social work and volunteering and have held important roles in public administration and associations.
