The municipal administration of Massarosa met the local representation committee of Massaciuccoli in a well-attended meeting in which Alessandro Del Dotto, advisor to the President of the Region, Eugenio Giani, also took part. On the table is the examination of the preliminary project for the safety and recovery of the Monte Balbano road.
A preliminary project prepared by the Municipal Administration and structured into six lots for a total value of approximately 3 million euros. The intervention, which will proceed from bottom to top for over 2 km, will serve to make the road currently closed due to structural problems safe.
In addition to presenting the project for which all the assessments and steps in terms of financial coverage will now have to be carried out, the Administration has also collected all the citizens’ requests, which are fundamental in the next phases of work. As always, the commitment is to continue sharing all the different steps with the residents until the construction site opens.
