Piadipizza is the recipe to try to get back in shape for the summer without giving up taste: here’s how to prepare it in less than 10 minutes.

Summer is approaching and it’s time to get fit with diet and healthy workout. The rules are clear, avoid sweets, junk food and pizzabut what to do if we really want it and we don’t want to make the nutritionist angry?

Simple, if we really want a good one Pizza margheritawe can avoid making sacrifices and prepare a delicious one piadipizza which takes the best of the Romagna piadina and the classic Neapolitan pizza.

The flavor is really very similar and we can make our piadina pizza with a piadina base, if we prefer a thinner dough, or we can use a tortillaslightly more swollen and thicker.

To go for the lighter choice, we chose to make a variation of the margherita pizza by adding some slice of turkey breastexcellent for those who follow a protein diet, although we can season it with what we prefer or with what’s left over in the fridge.

Ingredients for 4 pizza piadinas

  • 8 wraps or tortillas
  • 8 slices of turkey breast
  • 320 g of stringy cheese
  • tomato puree to taste
  • 400 g of mozzarella
  • Salt to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • basil to taste

Piadipizza: ready in 10 minutes

To prepare our piadinapizza we start from seasoning by preparing the tomato puree. A drizzle of oil, salt and a few basil leaves. Let’s cut it mozzarella and cheese stringy paste. Let’s take ours wraps/tortillas and assemble our piadinapizza. First of all you need to have the air fryer for this recipe, then in the fryer compartment, after having lined it with baking paper, we begin to assemble the pizza piadina.

Let’s add the first piadina as a base. Second layer we add 2 slices of turkey breast. As a third layer the cheese streamlined. We close with another piadina and finally add tomato puree raw and seasoned and finally the mozzarella. Let it cook in the air fryer for about 10 minutes at 180°. Once ready we can serve our piadipizza with stringy cheese, light and tasty even on a diet, in fact 1 portion contains only 196 kcal.
