The documentary “Terre dell’Orso” wins the audience award at Cinema e Ambiente Avezzano

Avezzano – “We are thrilled to announce that our documentary Terre dell’Orso has won the Audience Award at Cinema and Environment Avezzano”. The Save the Bear Association writes it.

“This recognition highlights the importance of raising awareness of environmental issues through the power of cinema. The audiovisual shows the challenges that the Marsican brown bear, an endangered subspecies, faces in the central Apennines, documenting the life of these animals and the threats to which they are exposed due to interactions with humans.

We are grateful to Cinema e Ambiente Avezzano for providing us with the opportunity to amplify Save the Bear’s efforts to preserve this iconic species. Join us at the awards ceremony on June 17th in Avezzano.
