The meeting will take place in Parma on the occasion of Cibus, the main event dedicated to agri-food in Italy, Wednesday 8 May at 11.30 am, at it ANICAV stand C064, pavilion 5.
Fresh artisan bread, extra virgin olive oil and tomato preserves are among the main protagonists of the Mediterranean diet due to their healthiness and taste, but they also play a crucial role for the country’s economy and in particular for exports. True ambassadors of Italianness in the world who must be valued and protected.
Animating the debate on the state of the three sectors, on consumption trends and the related problems to be addressed, from climate change to the discussion on the origin of raw materials, will be Giovanni De Angelisgeneral director of ANICAV, Dora Desantisvice president of the Olive Oil Group of ASSITOL, e Alberto Molinaripresident of AIBI – Italian Bakery Ingrediends Association.
