The story
The victim of the unpleasant hot theft is a thirty-year-old engineer, originally from Puglia but resident in Ancona for some time. “I decided not to press charges because I really didn’t feel like it,” says the professional. The embarrassment stifled his thirst for justice, together with the awareness that finding that necklace would have been a difficult, if not impossible, mission for the investigators. «That boy, who must have been around 25 years old and claimed to be Bulgarian even though he had North African features, disappeared into thin air – the engineer tells Corriere Adriatico -. When I realized that I no longer had the chain, a gift that I was particularly fond of and which I never parted with, I tried to contact him again via chat. As I asked him for explanations, he blocked me and he vanished.” From that moment on, the engineer no longer knew anything about that young man with whom he had exchanged a few messages just a few hours earlier to arrange a meeting in his home: he didn’t imagine that he would open the door to a sexy thief.
The diabolical theft would have taken place during the spicy encounter, moments of involvement in which the 25-year-old was evidently struck by the glitter of the white gold more than by the rest. Taking advantage of the moment of passion and the distraction of the thirty-year-old, with one hand he managed to unfasten the necklace and put it in his pocket. Then, without too many pleasantries, he got dressed, said goodbye to his companion of an evening and left, with a 600 euro jewel in his pocket. And then disappear like a ghost.
