According to Lulic, Inter are indeed the strongest team in Italy, a statement supported by the merit they achieved by winning. He remembers with regret the season in which Lazio was close to winning against Juve, but in the end it was Covid that stopped their momentum.
We were close to Juve, they were in the Champions League, we no longer had the cups. We also had the feeling that Juve were not well. We don’t know how it would have ended, but we were in good shape and the team was strong. Unfortunately something very serious happened, so many people were dying. At that moment the world stopped”
