Vigliano Biellese met to celebrate April 25th on the places of memory: on the day of the 79th anniversary of the Liberation the municipal administration held a ceremony for the civil commemoration of those fallen for Freedom, with the laying of the laurel wreath. The stages of the ceremony were Viale della Rimembranza, the Cippo in memory of the partisans shot by the Nazi-fascists in front of the Town Hall and Piazza Roma. Many citizens invited by the mayor were present Cristina Vazzoler to participate and display the Tricolore.
